How much does windshield replacement cost in Fort Worth?
Most replacements run $280–$650 depending on your vehicle and whether it needs ADAS calibration. Luxury and EV glass runs higher. Text us a photo with your year, make and model and we’ll give you an exact price before any work starts.
Will my insurance cover it?
If you carry comprehensive coverage, glass is often covered with little or no deductible. We verify your policy and file the claim for you, then bill the insurer direct. Texas does not have a zero-deductible glass law, but many carriers waive it for repairs.
Do you come to me?
Yes. We install at your home, office or job site anywhere in Fort Worth and the surrounding suburbs, and we bring the calibration equipment with us.
Do I need ADAS calibration?
If your vehicle has a forward-facing camera behind the rearview mirror (for lane-keep assist, automatic emergency braking or adaptive cruise), then yes, it needs to be recalibrated after the windshield is replaced. We do it in-house and give you a calibration report.
Repair or replacement: how do I know?
The rule of thumb: chips smaller than a quarter and cracks shorter than about three inches can usually be repaired. Larger damage, anything in the driver's line of sight, or cracks reaching the edge typically need replacement. Send us a photo and we'll tell you straight.
How long does it take, and is same-day available?
A chip repair takes about 30 minutes; a full replacement with calibration runs 60–120 minutes plus safe-drive-away cure time. Most jobs booked before noon are completed the same day.
